Went today to get my ears cleared as this is getting more difficult to get on NHS.The experience was great - Very quick and very thorough whilst being completed by the nicest person. I was provided with lots of general advice regarding preventative steps that I can take a long with advice for general ear care.Will definitely be back.
Lee, the specialist who performed my treatment was very informative and told me exactly what he would be doing which allayed any fear I might have had. He was professional yet had a lovey manner, I would highly recommend him and his treatment.
Lee arrived on time, was very attentive and explained procedure. Everything was done in 20 minutes or so and there was immediate benefit. He also provided some good guidance which will hopefully help to reduce any occurrence.
Went to visit Lee today as I woke up this morning completely deaf in one ear. Managed to get a last minute appointment but was slightly apprehensive as normally go elsewhere . Lee was so relaxed, extremely knowledgeable and taught me a lot as I am also trained in microsuction but do not currently offer it as a service. Lee fixed my problem within a few minutes and I have no pain or itch in my ear which I have experienced in the past after the procedure.
Lee was brilliant explained the whole process to me and gave me back my hearing that my doctor took away from me for 4 days after giving me Olive Oil ear drops which I am glad to say the drops are in the bin where they belong. I throughly recommend UK ear care and Lee absolutely first class service. You will be glad you went.

First class service. My father in law is 84 with advanced dementia. Lee came to our house and removed the wax from both ears. Lee was so patient with my father in law - anyone else would have given up as my father in law exaggerates the slightest movement and thinks he is being murdered!! Well done and thank you so much Lee. BTW Lee - he was able to get new moulds for his hearing aids only because you didn’t give up on him!
A great experience in a relaxed environment.I went to the clinic almost completely deaf in my left ear due to excessive wax buildup. This is not only annoying but also terrifying for me since I am a blind person and rely on my hearing for safe navigation and taking care of my two young children. I’d been deaf for three days by this point, and was feeling desperately depressed and scared. I don’t think Lee knew how scared I was, but I really was terrified.He examined my ears, explained what needed to be done clearly and concisely, as well as giving details on why he thought irrigation rather than Microsuction would be better. I had had a bad experience with irrigation as a child, but he reassured me this one would be better, and he was right. Although I did experience quite severe dizziness at the time, it was very quick and I was fine within 5 to 10 minutes. Unbeknownst to me, both my ears were blocked, so he ended up having to treat the two of them, something I hadn’t planned for.The results were fantastic. I have my hearing back and then some. I can’t fault his manner, jovial attitude and general demeanour. He also treated my daughter to a look in my ears which she absolutely loved.This clinic is great if you need treatment quickly and efficiently at short notice. I felt the cost was reasonable (£60 for two ears), and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get the job done quickly without too much fuss. I can’t imagine how long I might have been waiting on the NHS, so I have to thank Lee for giving me my hearing back. It might only seem like wax to someone reading this, but since I don’t have my eyes my ears mean the world to me, so thanks for my life back. Having attended for the first time, I was a little unsure what to expect but I’m very glad I did so. The results were amazing and Lee was a top fella, very easy to talk to, which made the experience all the better and put my mind at ease straight away.

Previously went to Specsavers to have my ear wax removed and left feeling blocked up. Went for a second opinion at UK Ear Care and they got my hearing back to where it should have been. Take my advice, if you want clear ears go to these guys.

Really excellent service from these guys, had a blocked ear on a Sunday. Called them up to book an appointment (nothing else in all of Glasgow was open, believe me I called them all).Had an appointment within 2 hours, and was pain free after the first visit.It's in an industrial park and has just opened up so doesn't have a lot of reviews so was slightly hesitant at first but everything was great and had a great chat with the owner. My father stays in a care home and had been complaining about a sore right ear for a couple of weeks. I booked a same day appointment and Chloie came out and had my dad back to his old self in no time. I was very appreciative of the time she took to reassure him, it's the small things that make the biggest difference.
